Lindsey Blanchet
Office Manager
Lindsey joined Back To Basics in 2009, shortly after graduating from the University of West Georgia with her bachelor’s degree in Business Management. From the start, she knew this was a place where she could grow, connect with people, and help create a positive experience for every patient who walks through the door.
As office manager, Lindsey is the friendly face behind the scenes making sure everything runs smoothly. She handles patient care, scheduling, insurance billing and claims, and all the day‑to‑day details that keep the office organized and welcoming. She loves getting to know each patient (whether they’re visiting for the first time or have been part of the Back To Basics family for years), and she takes pride in helping everyone feel comfortable, supported, and cared for.
When she’s not at the office, Lindsey enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters, traveling, and relaxing with friends. She brings that same warmth and joy into her work every day, helping make Back To Basics a place patients truly enjoy coming back to.
Tianita Freeman
Assistant Manager
Tianita is a Georgia native, born and raised, and a devoted single mother of three who keep her life both full and purposeful. She began her career in the medical field in 2015 and has since built a strong foundation in patient care and office management.
In 2017, Tianita gained her first hands-on experience in a chiropractic setting within a family practice in Douglasville, Georgia. There, she developed a well-rounded skill set by managing multiple aspects of daily operations. She later expanded her expertise in a personal injury practice, further strengthening her knowledge and establishing herself as a specialist in the personal injury field.
Today, at Back to Basics, Tianita brings together years of experience, compassion, and dedication to provide exceptional service to the West Midtown and greater Atlanta community. She aspires to travel the world, with dreams of visiting Japan, Paris, and South Africa one day.
Natalie Jackson
Assistant Manager
Natalie is one of Back To Basics' welcoming smiles. As a chiropractic administrator, her mission is simple: to make the journey toward better health easy. She has a gift for creating a space where healing can truly happen and she wants to help anyone in need. From coordinating care to ensuring each patient feels welcomed and supported, she brings purpose and love into the practice.
For Natalie, chiropractic care isn’t just a profession, it’s a way to help others live their lives in alignment. She started working at a chiropractic office front desk in 2020 and never looked back. She enjoys putting smiles on the faces that enter Back To Basics and looks forward to sharing her welcoming love.
When she is not helping patients at Back To Basics, Natalie loves spending time with her husband and their wonderful daughter.
