Trisha BUTLER, LMT
Trisha Butler started receiving Chiropractic care
at age 11, due to a spinal injury from tennis and diving. She received
adjustments, which helped tremendously, and wore a back brace for about 6
months to help stabilize and correct her posture. Since then, she has been a
strong believer in chiropractics.
Trisha was free of back
pain until she was involved in a major car accident after graduating high
school in 1999. She had severely pulled muscles in her low back and shoulder,
which caused her spine to, again, become misaligned. She began chiropractics
for the second time, but not with the same, quick results she had experienced
in the past. Soon after starting a new serving job, she made a friend who was a
Massage Therapist that worked with her several times, and was amazed at the
relief she felt. Trisha started to pay close attention to the techniques the
Therapist was using in the sessions, and how it made her feel during and after.
The more the “knots” were worked out, which are known as trigger points, the
more effective her adjustments became. This is what intrigued her to get into
the field of Neuromuscular and Massage Therapy.
She attended the Rising Spirit School of Massage through GwinnettCollege in 2009, and graduated with honors in 2010. She is proud to say that she is a Nationally Certified Therapist of Massage and Body Works, a Licensed Massage Therapist, and a Certified Neuromuscular Therapist. She has since started her own LLC, Right On Point, making house calls and working out of a Personal Training gym in Buckhead, Eclipse One on One, since September of 2010. She was delighted to join the Back to Basics group in January of 2011, since she had heard only good things about them, and had a strong desire to work hand in hand with Chiropractics. She loves being able to help give people relief from pain and discomfort, especially because she has experienced the feeling first hand. She incorporates a few different modalities in her sessions, but mainly focuses on the Neuromuscular aspect to be able achieve the most therapy in the time allotted. Trisha looks forward to expanding her education and modalities by attending workshops and continuing education classes. She plans on going back to school in the near future to become a Certified Personal Trainer, and to work on getting her Bachelors Degree in Massage Therapy. She would like to pursue the goal of becoming a Physical Therapist.
In Trisha’s spare time she enjoys exercising, meditating and stretching, yoga, Pilates, gardening, walking her dogs, hanging out with her husband and family, and going to the beach, lake, or pool to relax.
Lindsey BURLESON

charge of running the front desk where she completes the day to day secretarial
tasks of the office. She is concerned with assisting clients with the process
of checking in and out and scheduling appointments. She looks forward to
learning new responsibilities as well as learning about the benefits of chiropractic
care.
Other than helping out around the office, Lindsey enjoys
